Cancellation Deadline

You may withdraw from a course up to three weeks before the start date without cost. We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class.

Registration cancellations received after the cancellation deadline will not be honored and you will be charged the full tuition rate for the training session.

You may also submit a reschedule request up to two weeks before the start date without cost if another session is available. Any requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed and you will be charged the full tuition amount.
