A $250 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the program. Companies that register for more than one course and/or send more than one participant will receive 10% off the total registration cost. We accept payments by check, wire transfer, VISA and MasterCard. International delegates must remit payment by wire transfer or credit card.
